How We Evaluate: What We Look for in 700+ Applications
Every cohort, we receive 700+ applications. We select around 10 applications.
That's a 1-2% acceptance rate. Our LPs trust us with their capital. Our portfolio founders trust us with their network. The bar has to be high.
Here's how we decide:
TEAM
Can you build? Can you sell? Can you adapt when your first plan fails?
We're not looking for pedigree. We're looking for evidence. What have you already done?
We back solo founders if they have a strong team around them. Building a company is too hard to do completely alone.TRACTION
Revenue is the clearest signal. It proves someone values what you're building.
But we'll consider strong user growth, signed pilots, or meaningful partnerships if the revenue isn't there yet. What we won't consider: ideas without execution.MARKET
Is this a problem worth solving at scale? We're looking for paths to $100M+ businesses. You don't need to be there now, but the path has to be plausible.TIMING
Why now? What's changed that makes this possible today? The best founders have a clear answer.COACHABILITY
We run an intense program. We push hard. Founders who get defensive don't improve. Founders who engage with feedback do.
That's it. No secret formula.
