SDG 4 QUALITY EDUCATION
SDG 8 DECENT WORK AND ECONOMIC GROWTH
SDG 3 GOOD HEALTH AND WELL BEING

The founders of Inovace began their journey as engineering graduates from the same university, united by a shared mission to apply their expertise in IoT and AI to solve some of Bangladesh’s toughest and most underserved challenges. With deep experience in embedded systems, software architecture, and large-scale deployments, they were determined to build technologies that create real impact on the ground.

In 2018, Inovace piloted Tipsoi, their biometric IoT platform, with the Ministry of Primary and Mass Education (MoPME) in 102 rural schools. Designed to function even without internet or electricity, the pilot proved so successful that MoPME issued a circular to deploy such devices nationwide across 65,000+ schools. In 2019, they scaled rapidly—strengthening capacity, building a full SaaS platform, and partnering with Bangladesh’s largest telco for nationwide reach. Tipsoi was proudly featured at GSMA in 2019 for innovation in frontier environments.

When COVID-19 hit and schools shut down for two years, their core education business was put on pause. However, Inovace adapted quickly—shifting to solve critical problems in large-scale distributed workforces, clinics, and field operations, including deployments with BRAC, BRAC Bank, and Action Against Hunger.

They built integrations with competing biometric devices, offering cloud services, software, apps, and managed services on top—effectively turning competitors into partners. With a single API, they partnered with ERP, HR, and school software companies, creating an ecosystem where hardware meets flexibility, support, and scale. Their AI and voice-based command features in Bangla made automation accessible even to users with no tech literacy—bringing frontline sectors into the digital future.

Today, Tipsoi supports Sustainable Development Goals such as Quality Education (SDG 4), Good Health (SDG 3), Decent Work (SDG 8), Industry & Innovation (SDG 9), and Strong Institutions (SDG 16). The platform has improved school accountability, ensured doctor attendance in rural clinics, digitized workforce tracking in construction and field operations, and enabled NGOs to distribute relief transparently in Rohingya camps.

Now expanding globally via partners in the Middle East, South Asia, Africa, and North America, Tipsoi is not just a product—it is a platform of trust, transparency, and transformation for emerging markets.
