Accelerating Asia Ventures is currently recruiting for a Venture partner to help with the regular operations of our Fund.

About Accelerating Asia Ventures

Accelerating Asia Ventures is a Monetary Authority of Singapore-regulated venture capital fund focused on Seed and Pre-Seed investments in highly-scalable startups.  Headquartered in Singapore and partnered with The Asia Accelerator, Accelerating Asia Ventures invests in portfolio startups of the Accelerator, follow-on investments and other opportunistic investments outside of the Accelerator.

About the Venture Partner role

Leading all aspects of fundraising and fund management processes including:

‍

- LP targeting/outreach

- relationship cultivation/management

- IR/conference representation

- diligence/data room

- documentation/regulatory requirements

- reporting, etc.

- portfolio management (post-accelerator)

- Board roles (as needed)

In addition, the successful candidate will also be able to contribute to the Accelerator startups in a mentor capacity focused on these disciplines:

‍

- Investment Decks

- Fundraising

- VC / Investor Targeting

- Optimal Business Positioning

- Financial Modeling

- Valuation

Compensation includes a fixed salary and a performance-based variable component.  Successful candidates will have experience in fundraising for a fund, experience in the venture capital and startup space in Southeast Asia/Asia or other relevant markets.  They will have an existing network of investors they can tap on for outreach by Accelerating Asia Ventures.
