At Panalyt, we're trying to solve one of the biggest unsolved challenges of the workplace, the holy grail of people analytics/data-driven hr - actually showing how your talent initiatives impact business success and the effect they have on your bottom line.  

We've spent the last two years building out our system to be able to integrate and analyze data across multiple hr and business systems to correlate your talent strategy with business outcomes.  

After spending two years of testing our product out with ultra-high growth companies like Mercari, Inc., Circles.Life, Careem, Sansan株式会社, SmartNews, Inc., we're now confident to launch on a wide scale.    

We're hiring salespeople to help us scale up sales.

Ideally, you will have 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience and be comfortable working in a remote environment.  

The team will be headquartered out of Canggu(Bali), but you have the flexibility to work wherever you want for most of the year.   If our mission resonates with you and you're comfortable navigating the unpredictable chaos of a fast-growing, early-stage startup email Yusuf.
